We are very careful with the products we deliver to customers. We make sure that it is of the highest quality and a customer gets full value for the money. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase. We have return policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery or within 2 days if customer finds the product unsatisfactory with respect to standards specified at the time of order or any issues related to the product.
Once the return request is put, our executive will verify the return request then return is scheduled and person will arrive at the customer doorstep for pick up of the consignment and once checked, request for refund will be initiated. Customer will be asked to submit their banking details by our customer care executive. Then the refund process will be initiated and amount will be credited into the customer account within 7 days.
